    Self-contained win-x64 build, no .NET runtime required. Extract and run CheapUpscaler.Blazor.exe. AI processing needs an NVIDIA GPU plus VapourSynth/ffmpeg tooling on the machine. Verify downloads against checksums.txt (SHA256).
